Well… this sourdough definitely had a mind of its own!

💜 My first attempt at Ube Swirl Sourdough gave me caramelized edges (hello, crispy surprise!), but inside?

Soft, fluffy, and packed with ube goodness.

My husband loves spreading ube on his sourdough and kept dropping hints for me to bake one with ube inside—so here we are!

Every bake comes with surprises, and I’m always learning something new.

Just rolling with it and having fun along the way!
