Sourdough saved the day—again!

I threw this together last week: a quick Tuna Melt Sandwich made extra special with slices of our very own Country Loaf.

Golden crust.

Creamy tuna salad.

Melty cheese.

Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle—exactly the kind of comfort I needed.

The filling?

Super simple:

Tuna, mayo, onions, a few spices, lemon juice, and cheese.

That’s it.

Nothing fancy—just really good together.

Sourdough has a way of turning pantry basics into something worth slowing down for.
